Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in the United States. The shipping address is the address you enter at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. We prepare orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.
Shipping methods
Orders are shipped using UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another trackable carrier selected based on destination and service level. We do not offer in-store pickup.
Estimated delivery
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Rural or remote addresses can take longer. Weather, carrier delays, and an incomplete address can add time.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the customer completes payment. Nano PayTech does not advertise a free-shipping threshold. If checkout shows no separate shipping charge, you are not billed an extra shipping fee on that order.
